How much do you charge and offer any packages?
(In-person Training)
I charge a flat rate of $55 per session per 55-minute session. You pay as you go, and there are no contracts or additional fees. I do not offer any packages; I keep my rates competitively priced. (Online Coaching) I charge a flat rate of $50 per week which includes Weekly Zoom Check-in Sessions Custom Workout and Nutrition Plan Workout Demonstration Videos via Coaching App Workout and Nutrition Tracking In-App Chat Support Facebook Group for Community Support |
What is your coaching method?
I work with people new to fitness or who have been away from a structured workout program. I first start with body weight and range of motion exercises to build a foundation of balance, mobility, strength, and endurance. And over time, start to incorporate exercises with added weight. The same goes for nutrition. I start with the basics of hydration and getting enough macronutrients throughout the day. Once you have established healthy eating habits, I will work with you to incorporate more advanced nutritional concepts.

How many sessions a week should I do?
(In-person Training)
Once a week is good for maintaining your fitness goal or if you can stay consistent on your own following your program. Twice a week seems to be the sweet spot for most. People achieve the best results if they stay active outside their structured exercise sessions and are consistent with their nutrition program. Three sessions should be considered a luxury. It will help get your results a little quicker, but make sure it fits your budget and schedule. (Online Training) You have much more flexibility with the frequency you train because you are not restrained by having to go to a gym or worry about session availability, and the cost does not change. But keep in mind that you are following a program with which you can be consistent. |
When should I expect results?
The expectation with any program is to look for small changes over time that lead to big-time results. I coach my clients to have a long-term approach to their fitness goals. It generally takes my clients six months to a year to see significant changes. You want to follow a program that, once you reach your goal, you can maintain it.

Do you help with nutrition?
Yes absolutely! Nutrition is the cornerstone of your fitness goal. My clients who have the best results worked hard on their eating habits. You receive guidance through the fitness app, which allows me to track and monitor your nutrition. Nutrition coaching is provided at no additional cost.

Do you offer workouts that I can do on my own?
Yes, whether you are an in-person or virtual client, you are provided workouts you can do independently. The app has exercise demonstration videos that you can easily follow. It's a great tool if you are out of town or can't make a session.
